Once you check out, you will receive an email asking you to summarise the problem you want help with and a link to choose a time for a Zoom call. You can add as much or as little detail as you like. You can email or voice record your situation (on What's App) to send to Suzi. Everything remains confidential. 

You can then pick when you want the call and book it in. Then, Suzi will meet you in the Zoom room. 

You do not get access to a portal with this product. If you already have a program with TFE, you may be taken to your library. If you are, just hold for the email in your inbox. 

Yes. Suzi will send you an email after you purchase setting out how to send your details in advance. This will mean you don't use up time on the call explaining the background for the first time. All details sent are kept strictly confidential.  

Once you have booked your call, you have the right to a refund at any point until the call takes place. Once the call takes place, there will be no right to a refund. 

The call will be within a few days of contacting Suzi. You will be able to choose a time from the available slots Suzi sends you. Suzi can accomodate all time zones as she works very flexibly.
