Once you check out, you will receive an email from Suzi setting out details of what to do next.  This includes processes for setting up your first 1:1 call.

With this product you do NOT get access to a portal at the outset. Everything is set up via email. If you already have a program with Suzi, you may be taken to your portal and won't see anything added for this program. Wait 5 minutes for the email to arrive and all will become clear. If you have any questions at any point, just email [email protected].

Your access to Suzi for live 1:1 sessions is for the duration of the Frequency Program. Your access to call recordings is for lifetime as per the terms and conditions. 

Once you have booked your place for The Frequency, you have the right to refund at any time up to and including the end of the first 1:1 session. It is really important to me that you feel completely happy with your purchase so if you have any concerns you can raise them in that session.
